Hi, I’m Abishek Roshen, founder of Ticket to India.
I’m from South India, where food isn’t just something you eat—it’s culture, comfort, and a way to connect. Growing up, I remember sitting with my mom, watching shows that made our imaginations run wild, dreaming of one day sharing my food with the world.
Fast forward to today, and that dream is alive in Ticket to India—a South Indian fusion food truck in Zwolle. It’s where the bold, vibrant flavors of my homeland meet street-food classics you already love. Think curry tacos, curry loaded fries, hearty rice bowls, and of course, freshly brewed Indian chai—all made with love, tradition, and a little bit of imagination.
I’ve spent years cooking for friends on weekends and for my family every day. Now, I want to bring that same experience to Zwolle, so everyone can get a taste of South India without leaving the city. Every dish, every sip of chai, is meant to transport you to the colorful streets, cozy kitchens, and warm markets of my home.
And it’s not just a food truck. Ticket to India is also available for catering, festivals, private parties, and corporate events—bringing the magic of Indian street food and Indian chai straight to your gathering.
